Boy Scout Troop 31 has served the youth of Rochester, New York since 1913 — one of the oldest continuously active Scout troops in the nation. We are chartered by Third Presbyterian Church at 4 Meigs Street, Rochester, NY 14607, and meet every Monday evening 7:00–8:30 PM during the school year.
Our Mission
Troop 31 is dedicated to preparing young men for life by instilling the values of citizenship, character, and physical fitness through the Scouting program.
