National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT)
NYLT is a week-long outdoor leadership course offered by the Seneca Waterways Council. All Scouts in leadership positions are encouraged to attend.
In-Troop Training
Our Scoutmaster and senior leaders work one-on-one with new patrol leaders to develop their leadership style and understand their responsibilities.
PLC Meetings
The Patrol Leaders' Council meets regularly to plan troop activities, set goals, and solve problems — practical leadership experience for real-world challenges.
